Our sausages are handmade in the traditional way using natural casings. Lamb sausages are made using lamb casings (if you need to avoid pork products). We have at least ten varieties of homemade sausages available from standard pork, thick and thin to wild boar and venison. 

Our sausages do contain preservatives, but only the minimum to ensure your safety. We produce two varieties of Gluten Free Sausages, please call us if you have any special dietary requirements.
